5. Orders & Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation email indicates receipt of your order, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order or confirm processing.
- We accept online payment methods displayed at checkout (UPI, cards, wallets, etc.) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
- Online payments are processed by secure third-party gateways. Failed payments will not create a confirmed order.
- For COD orders, payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery. Refusal to pay on delivery may affect future COD eligibility.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India to serviceable pin codes. Delivery times shown at checkout or in order emails are estimates, not guarantees.
- Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report damage within 48 hours.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you may delay delivery or incur additional charges.
