We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Himalayas. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can return products, request replacements, or receive refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or spoiled.
- You received the wrong item or incorrect quantity.
- The product is significantly different from its description.
- The package seal is broken or tampered for sealed food items (report within 48 hours of delivery).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or partially consumed food products (unless defective or damaged on arrival).
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal variation in natural products.
- Custom or personalized orders unless defective.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact us within the return window at contact@kedaranchal.com or +91-7409543232 with your order number, photos of the product/packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions. Please keep products in original packaging where possible.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are initiated within 5โ7 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Bank/UPI processing times may take an additional 5โ10 business days.
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI โ we will request your payment details securely.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
5. Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost when stock is available. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
6. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible โ please follow the return process after delivery if eligible.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Full refunds will be issued for prepaid cancelled orders.
7. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, or if you were charged twice, contact us with payment proof. We will verify with the payment gateway and process a refund within 7โ10 business days.
