How long does delivery take?
Most orders reach metros in 3–6 working days and other cities in 5–8 working days. You get tracking details as soon as the parcel is shipped.
Are the products really from Uttarakhand?
Yes. Food grains, prasad and woolens are sourced from hill farmers, temples and artisans in Uttarakhand, then packed and shipped by Kedaranchal.
Do you deliver across India?
We deliver to most pin codes in India. Enter your pincode on the product page or at checkout to confirm delivery and estimated time.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch we email and SMS the tracking link. You can also check the order from your account or contact support with the order number.
What is the return policy?
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our returns policy.
